Spearmint

How Spearmint works

Spearmint finds revenue still sitting in your books—then lets you explore and act without turning accounting into a CRM project.

1. Connect Xero (or try sample)

Grant read-only access. Spearmint does not create, edit or delete Xero records. Prefer to look first? Try sample books on this device—sample never overwrites an organisation.

2. Build a Revenue Map

Spearmint reads contacts, invoices, lines and quotes, then ranks evidenced opportunities: quiet customers, unfinished quotes, frequency shifts and similar patterns. Each row keeps source references.

3. Ask Mint

Ask about customers, sales or opportunities. Mint returns an exportable customer list from your commercial history—with honest refusals when a question is outside what the data supports.

4. Save as a Revenue Play

On an entitled workspace, save a cohort so it can refresh when your books update. Track pursuing and won outcomes so the map stays a working tool.

What it is not

Spearmint is not a CRM, not an email blaster, and not a replacement for Xero. It is commercial memory and exploration on top of the history you already have.
